5yWe agree. As you rightly mentioned, onsite opportunities are dependent on project and visa requirement, hence based on the skill and requirement the employees are given opportunity.

5yWe take our employee's feedback on facilities and always work on it. Tavant is centrally located , and well connected with public transportation hence there are no company provided cabs..The increments and salary are based on latest market trends and positioning of the employee's salary on market scales.Work load depends on the project that an employee is associated with.
