      The company does not except the new employee properly There are so many oldies 10+ years of exp people who stop the growth of the company There are a lot of husband wife combination in the company so too much conflict of interest starting from the top the HR does not power and its one man show in India and the other mans show in US There is no future road map defined thats why they have been firing low level profiles(SE,SSE) instead of reorganizing the top(Directors) IF you want to work in the company just keep on saying to 10+ yesr guys in the company and you will thrive No one talks about innovation The day starts with frustration with no parking and ends the same way If you have a better job go for it.They are not worth it
