      great environment and good place to work

      Cons

      Due to less Projects , Hire and Fire is happening, No growth for hard working employee No proper Hike Managers goes with favorites and does they come from same place. Very difficult to good hike and name.

      I don't see any Pros in QA team

      Current Situation is very bad.. hire and fire the people Too much of Politics in QA Team Partiality in QA Team Give good hike only for Favorite people in QA Very difficult to get promotion in QA Instead of employees carrier growth, force us to work on some framework developed by QA Team. Though some better framework is currently in use, they dont bother and force the team to use that framework which can lots of bugs. We have to lot of show off to get recognized and get good name No respect for Genuine work
