      * Lot of new technologies to learn * Friendly work environment. * Good salary you can get @ time of joining

      Cons

      * Your career is @ risk , you dont know when you will be fired. * Very less no of projects. * There is no long term project (max 8-10 month) projects * Hike in negligible dont expect any hke here * No Management support for each and everything you have to fight then you will get. * No work life balance min working hour is 12 hrs in project every day. * You will be treated as labourer
