Pros

Best thing about Tavant is transparency. Management believes in empowering right people. Before joining Tavant, I have worked for 3 product based companies. Work life balance was always a concern with my previous employers. Tavant is an organisation which helps its employees to achieve work life balance.

Cons

Most of the times, it is difficult to find parking space for four wheeler. We end up wasting 15-20 mins of time finding parking spot out side office.

Pros

Employee friendly mainly for team lead type employee . Working environment good because there is no work ..

Cons

A true developer can't survive in company because they don't have quality work . New technology is myth . You don't have any learning opportunity . If you say I need quality work they put you on bench for long then you will surrender your self . Developer who came from startup they feel cheated because in intro they said we are using latest technology and we have quality work.
