      Pros

      Tavant is average company, not great company to work, scope of learning is low

      Cons

      It is waste of joining as a contractor in tavant, they wont permanent you, even if u are working very hard, They will only extend your contract period without giving any salary hike. Contractor policy's are very bad.

      Pros

      Employee gets freedom to choose work. Work hours are flexible. There are no restrictions as long as you complete your assignment. Easy to avail work from home when required

      Cons

      Management can be a pain specially when goals are different.. This is true for every company but passionate manager are required in this organization.
