Good place for learning, but not an employee friendly place

1. Good learning environment 2. The organization provides opportunities & encourages to take up new responsibilities & in process empowers the employees. 3. Good training is provided before assigning tasks. Knowledgeable & approachable mentors are assigned to help new joiners. 4. Organization appreciates good work & sincerity. 5. Decent pay 6. Flexible timings 7. Flexible dress code
Cons
1. No cab facilities 2. Poor facilities - no proper transportation btw their various offices, they have only one cab for transporting employees btw offices, so sometimes employees may hav to walk to the other offices, few dustbins around the office floor etc.. 3. Nature of work, work timings & work related stress depends completely on the project you are assigned to. On a general note i observed a workaholic environment in the company. 4. Unfriendly, serious crowd. Not advisable for young people looking for fun along with work. 5. Work timings are bad, you are expected to overwork. Again this depends on the project you are assigned to, but majorly the employee is made work extra. Late evening work since most of the clients are from US. 6. The company has a physical punch in & punch out expectation to record the number of hours worked by the employee. Employee is expected to maintain an healthy average for the same. But, the time worked from hom, its not recorded through this system. This leads to over work to maintain the healthy average. 7. Old laptops given to employees & takes a while to get a laptop. 8. HR dept is not employee friendly & approachable. They have cut throat behavior. 9. In some teams, a lot of internal politics is observed.
