      Pros

      Joined there as Fresher and severed for almost 2 years. Learning and earning both would be good. You will get chance to learn new stuff. Your ideas would also be appreciated.Higher management is very good and approachable. They care about your growth. Managers are friendly. Work-life balance. Good R&R policies. Good year end appraisals. Good and healthy environment.

      Cons

      I didnt find any con in Tavant. Moved out due to my personal reasons.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Exposure to new technology. higher authorities are easily accessible.

      Cons

      Less on-site opportunity. HRs are too lazy. Appraisal has 2-3 tier approach. Some legacy products maintenance

      Pros

      Flexible time ,not so much work pressure , good work life balance . Free breakfast if you are reaching office before 9 AM and half price food after 7 PM .

      Cons

      People don't join because of free or half price foods . When I joined I was in the bench for a long period and then I was asked to work on some technologies that I didn't like . When I said I don't want to work in this project I got a good lecture from PMO team member . The project manager is more like an art of living member and he always asks the problems and in the end he will say those are not actually problems but our mindset . The top management is good , but I have never seen a middle level management which is worse than this . Used to be a good company , but these kind of people are spoiling this. There are some teams that are really good though, but yet I have to experience something good here.
