No job security Very short term projects Project managers and technical architects better avoid this company. Their clients are mainly from consumer lending domain and most of their clients are unstable and bankrupt

Company provide a healthy environment . Employee are very polite. They behave nicely. Company provide work life balance . They modify the policy so that employee can get maximum benefits.

I dont think Tavant have cons till now. They provide handsome salary. It is good pay master. Everyone is happy with this company.
