poliicies work from home good initial salary lot of opportunities for fresher because no body will guide office timings food benifits
Cons
too much of internal politics, if manager is good, no issues. no longer iits, nits company they do not need much experts, so for freshers they need less talented people no interaction with higher mangement, so managers exploits like anything. hard work people do not get any value, only people who can interact with clients are high paid. so hard work people will consider as kind of training and shift to other company with more salary hike. managment listens concerns, but no resutls. after appraisal no negotiations.
