1) Lots of outings 2) Starting pay is good 3) Amazing office location 4) Good company to start your career with

Cons

1) I was stuck in the same technology for 2 years. Even when i asked for shifting of technologies i met with cold responses 2) Forget about increment. It doesn't make a difference 3) Long working hours in many projects

work life balance. Easy going. Lot of free time to enjoy ur self.

Cons

8.30 hr mandatory. No projects for other than java and .net profile. No clear picture will be given by PMO team. Only concern about their billing no care for the employee if you are not billable. They will hire you and make you sit. The PMO team has no experience to put right candidate to right project.
