I am glad I joined Tavant. There are plenty of chances to gain domain expertise here. Tha company encourage us to improve our skills and offers monetary support to pursue certifications. The atmosphere is also nice with constant recognition given. I recently received on-spot rewards for my performance.

The mentorship program here is very helpful. I got the chance to work closely with senior leaders and learn from them directly. The work is quite demanding but we get ample paid days off, privilege leaves, parental leaves and also remote work options.

Cons

It is difficult to come up with innovative solutions constantly.
