They supported me very well when I was facing health issue -Well Knowledged senior Technical Staff who are working here since very long, -Proper Support from Manager Side(specially managers like Arun J,Manish , Vipin ) if you stuck in anything

Cons

-Found not much but HR/Finance deptartments should be more employee oriented and support the Employees queries and If you loose one project then there is very less chance to get any other, -they hand over the resource directly to the client and client start giving task regardless seeing the work experience which is the very worst thing , It could be helpful for the freshers to learn and build new tech stack but with the seniors it would not help
