      No Pros for the company.

      Cons

      Worthless Company. No standard followed. Accelerate to Billon vision made it a worse place to work. Seniors relax and put pressures on new joiners. They have a worthless product TWOD which is sold to clients and then with customization they change everything. A bunch of jokers rule the company. No concern is addressed. No work life balance.

      Good working environment Lot of learning opportunities and regular sessions. Team outings are common. Offices are located in good locations.

      Currently working in Hybrid mode, they may go full WFO mode anytime.
