Billing only matters

I don't see anything special, it is just like any of the Indian IT company, what matters is only "billing", no quality or no ownership application being developed

Employees have to slog for 12 hours a day, Whatever customers say, however bad the idea may be, we have to implement. The infrastructure gets a big thumbs down, Developers are asked to work by logging on to remote desktop (Citrix), which is down most of the time - people code 2 hours / day but fight against Citrix and TFS 10 hours a day. Crazy deadlines by high ranking customer who gets on the call scold the vendors - I have never seen so unprofessional attitude. The application architecture is really bad, lot of bad designs and coding standards

Nothing as of now, expect cafeteria is not good, parking facility for cars is not satisfactory. Other than that everything is very good

good hikes if you are in good project, you can expect more than 10% every time if you really impress the manager with your work. fun place to work. through out the year HR people having activities to keep employees engaging in fun way, good recognization for employees with awards TEA,SPOT. Work life balance is there. HR policies are employee friendly. located in canter of the city. for java people it's a very good company.

Cons

only located in bangalore and noida. food facilities are below average. no transportation. there is no proper documentation for projects and never plan proper KT sessions for new employee. don't have much projects.
