can waste more time in extra curriculum activities.

Cons

They are doing firing. No proper explanation for any thing. Your work doesn't matter for management. No care for people. No proper system for hike and promotions. No support from management. No professionalism. Male Employee(Architect) used to yell and use foul language at all(including female employee) employee who are younger to him and managers are seeing and not taking any action. If you complaint to HR then they are also not doing any thing and your manager will blame you for HR complaint. No work life balance. No appreciation for your hard work .

Cool Office Friendly Management Office location - Koramangala. Best place to live Dinner for subsidized rate after 7 PM and free breakfast before 9 AM Good Pay

Process is not proper There was no proper leave module to track leaves, but I hope leave module has been launched now
