Good Work life balance, good work environment,small company but many things to learn

Cons

Tavant Used to be a good company, but now the story has changed, good very good hike. some of the projects in the tavant like NMI , has very poor work life balance, too much work pressure. some people are not good.

Very nice atmosphere to work. Have a lot of events going on throughout the year sports, tech events etc..

Cons

Salary less about 30k pm for software engineer. No work from home. No cab facility.
