-While I'm sure some aspects of the workplace could be improved there are no deal breakers when it comes to considering working for Taxhawk.

Pros

TaxHawk offers a great part time job for college students to help individuals file their tax returns on Tax Hawk's tax filing websites. It is a great way to learn about taxes and also provides a great hourly wage for students and other people looking for a part time job.

Cons

I cannot think of many cons with working for TaxHawk. They provide great incentives and opportunities for employees. The only cons I can think of are occasional software and internet failures in the office but they are never for very long and TaxHawk has IT staff on hand to fix it at all times.
