Pros

I don't know if you can beat the pay for part-time in Provo. It's the perfect job while in school. They give you a bonus at the end of the tax season and want you to come back each tax season if you don't blow it. You also learn a lot about taxes which is nice.

Cons

The job isn't very glamorous. You just sit at your desk and crank through support issues while listening to music.

Pros

Very comfortable place to work. Co-workers are easy to get along with and can easily be approached with questions. Relatively stress free place to work. Typically give out bonuses to everyone after a successful tax season.

Cons

Not very many opportunities for advancement if you aren't already in a management position. Location is not in a very exciting part of town.
