In my personal experience, this company was one of the most chaotic and unprofessional environments I’ve ever seen. The music on the sales floor was so loud that focusing felt impossible, yet they mask it from clients using Krisp so it only hurts the employees. I repeatedly saw a “no-vape policy” that meant absolutely nothing, because in my opinion leadership openly ignored it — including team leads and even the sales manager vaping in the office. The place runs more on AI than actual people, but employees are still expected to grind out sales numbers as if they’re part of a machine. Everywhere you look, whiteboards scream SALES SALES SALES, which makes it obvious that client care is an afterthought at best. I also witnessed underperforming employees taking over new people’s cases just to keep certain teams alive, which in my view destroys fairness, training, confidence, and service quality. This felt less like a professional workplace and more like a desperate sales floor trying to disguise itself as a tax resolution company.
