great place to work if you are open to learn and keep your head down and work they seriously just leave you alone and let you actually do your job all the others that complain just don't get how a real work environment works ... they give you all the tools to earn and earn good money to actually help taxpayers in need of assistance .. great environment and the compensation to match ..
Cons
not too many down sides to making great money for a job that is rewarding .. listed any job has down sides because you are there day in day out every day but you have to make the best of it .. jobs are not meant to reach out to employees and just give you your pay you have to earn it in anything you do ..its called work .. hard work or just work is all work so go to work !!!
