      Pros

      My branch of Taylor Corp, Tatex Thermographers, has done an acceptable job of guaranteeing me being able to keep my position in the company despite the fragile state of the economy. Most of the people are pleasant to work with, and the work is mostly enjoyable.

      At times, it seems as if things weren't planned out 100% before implimentation.

      Most of the lower employees are awesome people

      Cons

      You are only a number to this place. They do not care what so ever about you as an individual. Very very low pay for the bull you have to deal with. You never ever get weekends off when you your work week is monday to Friday. Mandatory over is constant. I was told I was childish because I wanted a weekend off for my daughters birthday. I worked 60 days straight one time. This is a horrible place to work unless you are ready to suck up like no one's business.
