Worked with some very dedicated people.

Cons

Understaffed, so the good, dedicated people are very overworked. Some people who are dug in within the company will avoid work at all costs and stab you in the back to get ahead. I second the comment that they make up fake excuses to fire people. Good luck if you choose to work there you will need it.

Started out great because it was new and love popcorn Tuesday, but that’s about it.

Cons

Overworked and understaffed. Continue to do mass layoffs or fire people for fake reasons, then doesn’t hire anyone to replace. If you work here be prepared to have 0 support from management, be prepared to work in the office and out on the production floor, doing the work of 3+ people, and no work life balance. They have no set job descriptions or guidelines on who is at what level, no one is on the same page, and management will only cover their butts but then tell another manager something different to make you (the employee) look bad. Stay far away.
