      Amazing People, hard workers, great work relationships

      Cons

      Pay is low, poor work - life balance, short-staffed and have no plans to increase it, new management does not care to listen to the employees or their concerns, they just changed their benefits and they are below average, When something goes wrong upper Management throws new processes out without thinking them through, A lot of managers are expected to work nights and weekends as a norm

      Many employees want change but are very weary as everytime a new person comes in, they have learned, if they dont fall in line with the "club", they will not be employed long.

      Cons

      Terrible culture driven by upper leadership. If Middleby paid attention they would look into upper leadership and human resources. They hire retired management because they want to maintain the good ole boys club. Its sad as it was a good place to work. Taylor allowed an exemployee to come back and his supervisor whom he was dating, report to him.....then they promoted him - bad culture!
