      Horrible staff always talking down about employees, hr sharing employees personal issues with everyone and making fun of less fortunate

      Great work environment - pay is better elsewhere

      Feels like working with your family Executives do a good job of connecting with front line employees Support people and employees without micro-managing

      Cons

      Old-boys club feel in management, same people leave and come back to executive roles. Pay is not as good as competitors, definitely better in other industries. Golf industry is stagnant, subject to layoffs or paycuts, etc.

      Super fun work environment, great perks (golf clubs, outings, etc..), room to "choose your own adventure"

      Cons

      You really have to advocate for yourself, do not going expecting to just be given tasks, this can be a con for some people and a pro for others
