Pros

The environment at TaylorMade is awesome. It's very casual and professional. Super clean Kitchen/cafeteria is awesome- accommodating and fresh Security staff is friendly Managers and higher up's aren't "hot shots"/act as if they're better than anyone else Company events are friendly for everyone- for example: golf tournament are encouraged for EVERY handicap to play. Especially those who have never played. I think that's awesome! Classes for discovering your personality type/helping communication is awesome (Crucial Conversations)

Cons

We haven't established a "bring your dog to work" day yet.. thats a bummer.

Company has an amazing culture and work environment. People are passionate what they do and about the brand and products. Loads of challenging projects and opportunities for continuous development. Great leadership and company-wide efforts to keep employees informed on strategy and results.

Cons

Fast-paced environment sometimes leads to compressed project timelines, but plenty of support and collaboration to work through.
