      Fun job, bad pay, a lot of driving

      Pros

      Nice change of scenery going to different clubs around the county. It is fun to see the benefits new equipment makes for golfers, and have to know the product through testing so its fun to try all the new gear each year.

      Cons

      This position does not make any sort of commission from club sales with a low hourly wage. Job is best suited for someone with an SUV, you have to haul tents, tables, multiple club cases and bags so cargo space is necessary. Includes a lot of driving to and from different courses as well as a storage unit before and after fitting days.

      TaylorMade has an amazing environment, great team, and rewarding work.

      Cons

      Total benefits package and compensation structure needs to be overhauled. Its not competitive at all.
