Pros

Working as a demo day technician for TaylorMade was often enjoyable. The people you meet tend to be very nice and happy to meet you. It is a great way to make connections within the golf industry.

Cons

Due to the nature of demo days, they often consume summer weekends which could otherwise be used for playing golf. Also packing, unpacking and storing all of the clubs can be difficult depending on the size of your vehicle and home. Occasionally you can have an event with very little response which can be boring for the several hours you are there.

A very fun place to work, however upper management is not very consistent. They are without a doubt the best golf company in the biz.

Cons

Very high turnover rate with upper management, it seems as if they are changing their business strategy every few weeks.

Employment in this industry can lend many perks for a person passionate about golf (travel, participation, equipment, etc.).

Cons

Decisions often border on incompetent and/or irrational as many of the executives are golfer first and mediocre talents and businessmen second.
