I don't think there's a lot of merit. I'm sorry. Because the work is hard, but the salary is small and the counselor can't help the customer much.

Cons

My salary is low and I have to get it fixed as I answer the phone, so I make a lot of mistakes. And there are some employees who have bad tendencies, but they leave them unattended. The company system needs to be improved.
