      I love working for the #1 Brand in Golf

      Pros

      I work in the retail side and I think that the company couldn't of been smarter than to dive into the retail world. Taylormade opened their first store here in Myrtle Beach in the middle of one of the largest golf Meccas in the United States. The company and its brand speak for themselves and the best athletes in the game are bagging the product. It's a great company to work for and employee moral is high. This company offers great incentives and opportunities. I love coming to work for the game and not retail.

      Cons

      Even with experience I haven't had a lot of room to grow and step into management. I think that there should be more opportunities for that.

      This company stopped being great in 2012.

      Cons

      The leadership still thinks they are the same company they were 5 years ago. They aren't. Big change is needed.

      Pros

      A lot of good "worker bees" and strong passion for golf and brand across the organization. The recent products are excellent and the company is starting to regain momentum in the market.

      Cons

      Constant turmoil, especially at the Executive level, and poor long term planning. Zero employee career planning and very poor HR. The industry is also in a clear decline. Most of the top younger talent has left the company over the past couple of years due to poor business performance and lack of long term growth opportunities.
