      Pros

      Great product, decent travel, events, discounts on golf.

      Cons

      Horribly negative environment where back-stabbing is a way of life. Internal communications is disjointed / non existing and teams do battle rather than work together. Upper management is a old-boys club. Young talent not recognized because the 50-70's crowd rules the roost and are untouchable for some reason. With a declining culture/morale and pending sale of the company, avoid at all costs!

      Great culture of people who truly love the game. Professional in every measure.

      Cons

      Company relied too heavily on contractors. Middle management was sometimes mediocre.

      Great product, great people and employee benefits/perks. Good compensation as well.

      Cons

      Management doesn't always recognize or reprimand when appropriate. A lot of employees get away with doing the bare minimum while some get promoted who clearly do not deserve it.
