      Pros

      I still believe in the company and the products that we sell. Work / Life balance is good. If you perform well, you can develop a great network of supporters throughout the company.

      Cons

      We're in a leadership transition. We've had a couple of down years impacted by our own decisions and the market as a whole. The biggest downside is that we seem to be forced to make bad, short-term strategy decisions to appease our parent adidas. Haven't had a real bonus in a couple of years.

      Pros

      This company used to be great to work for. I tried for years to try and find an open position for my wife, not any more. Company is a leader in the golf industry. Decent compensation with respectable benefits.

      Cons

      Last couple of years have been painful. Morale is suffering, leadership has been almost non-existent. Parent company has forced us to make poor business decisions and we are paying for it now. We have lost the respect of the consumer and majority of employees don't have the excitement flowing through our veins like we used to.

      Pros

      cool free golf stuff...sometimes, pretty campus, some very smart people, cool to be a part of Adidas Brand, good 401k and bonus USED to be good when the company was profiting, engineering is the only team holding that place together

      Cons

      60% turnover and no traning process, for a sports company there should be more casual dress across the board, management is old boys club and does not value hiring the right talent or the process to do so, meetings rescheduled ALL the time and management doesn't seem to care about the people who are ACTUALLY doing the day to day work, management FAR from the actual issues and unable to, and completely incompetent on how to, fix the company issues
