Pros

I have seen that Teaching Lab’s commitment to serving students and teachers is clearly visible in the company’s day to day approach to work. The leaders of the organization are smart, kind, and capable. They are willing to make mistakes in order to learn, and they encourage the other very talented members of the team to do the same. This is a fine organization that is committed to learning and trying new things in order to become better at its mission. A great place to work.

Cons

None at this point in time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad your time at Teaching Lab let you experience what we know to be true: our team is full of smart, committed, wonderful people. We’re sorry to hear you experienced unclear communication during your time with us. We strive to provide regular and clear communication by assigning every team member a Home Manager who can communicate organizational priorities and processes and support personal and professional development. We’re proud of the internal communications venues and vehicles we provide to ensure our team members can understand and engage with our organizational growth and development. These vehicles include regular Town Hall meetings and internal newsletters highlighting how our teams are working toward our strategic priorities, as well as internal communications platforms that keep us personally and professionally connected in our flexible, virtual work environment.
