The coworkers are mostly nice and the driver tips are decent.

This employer does not schedule enough people for shifts, leaving mentally ill/disabled people with higher stress levels.

The base salary and Bonus structure were great, Most of the top management were great individuals

Cons

Management's ideal work load for the area that I managed (6 stores) was 55 hours minimum with what was expected every week. Expected to work 7 days a week. The Operating Partner was a nightmare to work for (They were the reason I left)
