1. VERY low salary compensation for store managers, far below industry standards. Including the CSR's, Cooks and delivery drivers.
2. Almost unachievable bonus program for managers but they use it as the reason why salary is so low.
3. Indifferent/hostile upper Corp management from district manager to Corp headquarters in MN.
4. FT and PT employees below asst mgr 4 are not eligible for PTO, health insurance, 401k etc etc because they will never get over 35 hours per week.
5. Hostile work conditions from upper Corp management, dist mgrs up.
6. Expectations to use and sell expired food products, especially sauces meats and dough. They will have management put new dates on the expired items.
6. Unbelievably high staff turnover! Most people don't last more that 3 months. Many gone within a few days!
7. Mgrs told to under staff store for entire day except dinner rush(4-8 pm) leaving most staff overwhelmed. This also makes the times of orders to go out the door or delivered to be higher. I've watched them use the higher OTD (out the door) times as an excuse to not give staff raises
I could go on but will say this to those looking to this company for work. Unless they are the only employee in your area or you need a job NOW, look elsewhere cause this outfit is not worth your time.
