      Pros

      The people, work environment/atmosphere (on site, plus outside of work at company sponsered events), 100% employee owned company, clothing allowance, generous amount of paid time off, profit sharing, plus more.

      Cons

      No cons, this is a great company to work for and I'll retire here. This review was left anonymously, so there's no reason to sugar coat.

The people here are easily the best part of our company, however, we do like to offer generous PTO and compensation because we know, at the end of the day, all that matters is your family.       Pros

      Field employees are great, ESOP, company events.

      Cons

      Management uses favoritism to decide who gets to run work and a person can repeatedly prove themselves and still be shoved down to the bottom of the totem pole. Communication is terrible from management. Uses company outings and events to cover toxic upper management. Growth is limited if you don’t suck up to management. Lets unlicensed people run work.

      Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. Our field employees ARE great! However, feeling like there is favoritism going on and a lack of communication can make it a miserable experience. We take communication very seriously and know it is an area that can always be improved. This is why we've chosen to invest in our employees in not only leadership , but all levels, by implementing the DISC assessment and specific communication trainings for those that need it to better drive the point home that not all personalities communicate the same. This is still a new development and WILL get better with time. We are very proud of everyone that works at Kline, every single person is an essential part of this entire team.
