      Management is messy and do whatever higher management says and no time off unless you work there for five years

      Management strives to make an environment that is good for employees and teamwork is embraced at a very high level in the spirit of 100% employee ownership. Time off requests are very rarely denied, even in the first year of employment. The minimum PTO time after the first year is 56 hours. The amount of PTO grows every few years and will hit 200 hours by year 10. You are allowed to roll over up to 40 hours of PTO per year.
