Pros
-Patient-centered environment -Amazing benefits, even a basic, free medical coverage option -Decent salary, but awesome "bonuses" including profit sharing. I'm at one of the busier clinics in the system, but I make easily $10k more than my last hospital-based job -Administration really does have employees' best interests at mind but nothing is going to satisfy everyone. People think grass is greener on the other side.
Cons
-Your experience is very much based on your clinic director. Because of the bonus structures, some directors may get a bit greedy. -Long hours do make personal life hard but schedules are flexible if you request ahead of time. -Some people think it's exhausting because of the volume, but again, people need to take it up with their clinic director or if need be, go above them. Management, especially the CEO, is very accesible.
