Pros
- hours. I work from 9-5 but was able to choose how early I wanted to come in, which was really nice because I enjoy my sleep.
- casual (yet professional) environment. Even though I have to dress business casual, because of my smaller clinic size I really get to know my patients and clinic director.
- access to as much help as I need. I can always count on my higher-ups to respond quickly to my emails, answering any questions I have at any time of the day.
- amazing customer care. Of course I can only speak for my own clinic, but I can't imagine the other clinics are any different. My clinic director will bend over backwards and run to the ends of the earth for our patients. just recently he's stayed till past 7 pm, attended a doctor's appt. with a patient, provided (and paid) transportation for a patient, and bought our office-mates (we share an office space with another doctor) Starbucks! He truly cares about his patients and wants to make sure they're having the best experience possible!
- amazing benefits. Since I'm young I'm actually still on my mom's healthcare plan, BUT with that ending in a couple years I am happy to know that I will have an amazing insurance plan to use through Team Rehab! Not only do they offer a great 401k plan, but they also offer amazing dental and vision insurance (which is a big thing I see companies lacking in).
- great training! I was a bit worried going into Team Rehab because the way they do things was so different than what I'm used to, but the training I got helped me immensely! I got a week of powerpoint presentations and being 1-on-1 with a trainer. Then afterwards I drove to Elgin everyday (which is an hour from my house BUT TEAM REHAB PAID FOR MY MILEAGE, TOLLS, AND LUNCH!) and got 1-on-1 hands on training with the front desk there who also helped me immensely! Going into my own clinic I was confident in what I was doing!
- Bonuses. The bonuses that Team Rehab gives your clinic the opportunity to qualify for is really awesome (and not to mention is great for when you want to treat yourself often). Of course they only come with hard work, but in the fun and low stress environment Team Rehab tries to give you, it's not hard to accomplish!
I really recommend Team Rehab to anyone (I work as a Front Desk so I can only vouch for that position) who wants a fun and simple job to work without it really feeling like work.
Cons
None that I can think of.
