      Pros

      Great company to work for! Very supportive without being micro-managed. Completely transparent - all information is shared so that everyone knows how Team is performing. Great benefits. Definitely a "hire to retire" place to work.

      Nothing really worth mentioning. Some challenges that can come with growth.

      The company really cares about its people and is the best company I've ever worked for. There is great communication and transparency at all levels of the organization. The CEO has a great presence and we are growing organically.
