Not much at this time. Team Rehab is a newer company that's still getting their name out there. That's not necessarily bad because more and more people are hearing about us.

Pros

This company has two guidelines (everything else falls underneath them): Happy patients. Happy employees. That's it. We have a 98% approval rating by our patients and our employees have voted us a Top Workplace for 8 years in a row. We hire the best therapists and provide the best results for our patients. We are completely transparent in our communications (sharing of financials & business decisions with the staff). We share our mistakes so we can all learn from them. We work as a team and make big decisions with democratic voting. We enjoy excellent benefits (including profit sharing!), are encouraged to continue our education, and are part of a growing company with opportunities for ownership and advancement.

Cons

There really aren't any to get hung up on. Consistent growth of 30+% every year has its' own stresses, but it's also incredibly exciting. You will work hard at Team Rehab, but it will be worth it.

Great benefits, plenty of continuing education money, great patient experience

Cons

Higher volume, but not unattainable. Otherwise a great company. I don't have any other cons but this app won't allow me to move on without a 20 word minimum in the construction section.
