Pros

Diverse, Unlimited PTO, remote work, most employees are nice and helpful. Work/life balance is decent. Flexibility to move to other departments

Cons

Extremely underpaid! This is a good company if you are new to the workforce or new to a certain position but they pay way under the national average and the health insurance costs way TOO much. Sometimes managers talk to employees with condescending tones which can be discouraging.

I've been with the company for a few years now and the Full Service team is an exciting place to be. Lots of great new opportunities and a growing business. If you are willing to work hard and truly be a team player, you'll be rewarded. Everyone is always willing to help out and work together.

Cons

It's a fast paced environment, which isn't for everyone. Not a con, but you have to be willing to put the work in and learn how to be a true resource for your clients.
