-The people. All my coworkers have been outstanding with great interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism. There truly is a sense of working together towards a common goal, even between those in totally different departments. -The CEO is hands on and encourages a two-way channel where he gathers input and lets you know his feedback. He is active on the communication network and is easily accessible. He is also very appreciative of his employees and that is very encouraging and boosts morale. -The technology is cutting edge and the people behind it have a passion. This company is gaining steam and has a bright future, with plenty of opportunity for growth.

Cons

The only con is that the software is expanding so rapidly it is difficult to keep up with all the complexities and configurations. However, development is in the works to make it more user friendly to configure on the front end, so this should be an issue that is shored up soon.
