      Cons

      Fast-pace and high expectations - not necessarily a con unless you can't keep up. In addition to standard industry tools, the company also uses proprietary platforms and software, which can be challenging for new hires - proactive learning is key.

      Pros

      I've been with Team Velocity for 10 years, and I’m still the "new guy". People just don’t leave here often, which says a lot. I love having the freedom to make a real difference for our clients. The team is full of smart, creative people who value collaboration and are always innovating to make our products better. The pay’s competitive, and the culture’s genuinely supportive, so it’s a place you actually want to stick around.

      Cons

      The only real con isn’t about the company but the industry itself. Automotive marketing is complex with a lot of moving parts and a range of personalities to navigate. It keeps things interesting but definitely isn’t for everyone, especially if you’re not up for handling the constant shifts and unique challenges.

      Pros

      The talent this company finds and fosters is wonderful and establishes a culture where you develop true friendships along the way. The innovation is also top notch. There are not many companies that continue to push the envelope even after they have achieved great success with their existing product. Team Velocity never stops working to get better for our dealer partners, and ultimately the customers that they serve.

      Cons

      Naturally, continued and rapid growth can cause growing pains. Although this can be challenging at times, it also opens up great opportunity. Nearly every position I have had at Team Velocity did not exist prior to me assuming it. It came out of necessity due to growth.
