      Pros

      The talent this company finds and fosters is wonderful and establishes a culture where you develop true friendships along the way. The innovation is also top notch. There are not many companies that continue to push the envelope even after they have achieved great success with their existing product. Team Velocity never stops working to get better for our dealer partners, and ultimately the customers that they serve.

      Cons

      Naturally, continued and rapid growth can cause growing pains. Although this can be challenging at times, it also opens up great opportunity. Nearly every position I have had at Team Velocity did not exist prior to me assuming it. It came out of necessity due to growth.

      Pros

      You can feel the passion people have for the company and products from the top down. Leadership is always high energy. Client facing teams genuinely care about their accounts and work hard to keep them happy.

      Cons

      Really fast paced. Day-to-day task schedule is volatile due to the nature of the industry.

      Pros

      If you’re looking to be at a rapidly growing company that offers unlimited growth potential, you’ve found the right one. If you’re young, the team will help you find a position that suits you and if you’re experienced, there is great room for upward mobility in your career. The product is innovative and the people behind it are always open to feedback and improvement. You get to work from a remote setting with freedom. The leaders trust you to complete your tasks and encourage you to work from where you feel most inspired. The benefits are great (love the unlimited PTO) and the pay is fair in the market.

      Cons

      If you’re looking for a job that you can clock in and out at 40 hours, this might not be the place for you. The product and market are ever-evolving and you have to really feel passionate and driven to make a difference, which can sometimes mean long hours for special projects or circumstances. However, this might be a pro to those looking to come into an organization and make a real impact.
