Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you did find some aspects of our company positive, like our frequent social events, open and amicable environment, and the tremendous opportunities for growth. We agree that the office is always cold! If only the property management company could regulate the temperature a bit more, but please know we do try our best! At the request of the majority of the creative team, the overhead lights were turned off on that section of the office, making it darker than other areas. However, we do provide desk lamps if you need some additional light! We firmly believe in equal pay and a balanced workload, but if there was ever any concern on your end, the HR door is always open. We are sorry to hear that things didn't work out but we thank you again for your feedback and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!
