Amazing Platform that will actually help dealers improve their market share.

Cons

Cannot trust the senior sales staff. Truly don’t know where you stand with your career as a sales rep. Never truly fell safe enough to make finical commitments. Basically if you blank a month your career will most likely be over! Average TVM Sales Rep is about 8 to 9 months then it’s as they call it parting ways. Monthly conference calls by president of Sales reminds you every monthly call don’t blank, don’t miss quotas. Every rep has same quota, those in a larger market works ok at times, smaller markets your in trouble monthly. Very dreadful ran sales team! Very negative among us were just ran as hard so you don’t fail and get another 30 days!

Team V has some terrific people. Everyone I've worked with is intelligent, helpful, and appreciative. It's also apparent that upper management focuses on moving forward in the industry, especially with technology, while maintaining a positive company culture. I'm glad to be here!
