      Leadership is passionate about their industry and team members. With opportunities to grow your skills and move around the organization learning various roles when they become available, remote work options around the country, company-wide training and technology update meetings along with engaging social activities, this is a solid organization that strives to make their clients and employees happy. The CEO is engaging, available, and hands on and never afraid to get in the weeds with employees.

      Cons

      While remote work is popular and convienient, it can sometimes be hard to fully engage with your teammates. Fast paced and growing technology that consistantly changes with updates and new industry rules can be challenging to keep up with. In this organization, you can work 24 hours a day if you do not set limits. Managers and leaders are younger so filling those slots with advancement may take awhile depending on the position.
