A truly special place to work
Pros
Team Velocity is well known for its innovation and personalization in serving clients in the automotive world. But the way it serves its employees is equally innovative and personal. Having worked remotely for a different company I was worried about making friends when I started here. But from the top down this company fosters a community mindset that has helped me connect personally and professionally with people all over the country. Gaining different perspectives and working so much with other departments is helping myself and others to find out what we want to do and how we want to progress. The company never gets complacent and is always challenging the products to get better and the people to keep striving to move up the ladder. Rising tides lift all boats and this company is most certainly a rising tide.
Cons
I wouldn't say this is a con, but quite simply, we work hard here. What you put into this job is what you're going to get out of it and the growth opportunities are there, but you need to strive daily and match the lack of complacency that leadership has in order to keep getting better and succeed here.
