      Pros

      They are always willing/wanting to teach us more about different aspects of the job/company which allows us to learn and grow in different roles within the company. They preach a work/life balance and I feel that I really do have a good balance of each. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful throughout my time here at Team Velocity.

      Cons

      I may be slightly under paid for the position I am in, however the benefits of managed time off, working from home, great leadership, and having a really good work/life balance outweigh that.
